Nordic Discovers Oil Seeps at Preeceville

WINNIPEG, Nov. 7 - On October 18, 2007, Donald Benson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nordic Oil and Gas Ltd. (TSXV: NOG) ("Nordic" or, "the Company"), announced that the Company had engaged the services of Petro-Find Geochem Ltd. (the "Consultant") to undertake hydrocarbon soil gas surveys in its most northerly permit in Townships 40, Ranges 4 and 5 W2 in Preeceville, Saskatchewan, Canada. During the course of sampling, the Consultant has advised the Company that over the last 48 hours it has discovered what it believes to be oil seeps and samples have been taken from four locations from an area extending over 5,000 lineal feet.

"Samples have been forwarded to our Calgary office where they will be sent to a laboratory for analysis, which will determine the authenticity of the samples," Mr. Benson stated. "The Company has always believed that this area of Preeceville was heavily faulted and that the possibility existed for traps for oil and/or gas."

The Company expects to have the results of the laboratory analysis within the next 10 days.

"In the past, it has been oil seeps that have led to the discovery of many significant oil fields, including Turner Valley, Alberta," Mr. Benson added.
