LOGGING COMMENCES ON NORDIC’S RECENTLY DRILLED BELLY RIVER WELLS

WINNIPEG, MB. (November 24, 2006) - Donald Benson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nordic Oil and Gas Ltd. (TSXV: NOG) today announced that logging has commenced on the Company’s two new Belly River wells – 15-12-38-25 W4 and 16-20-38-24 W4 – that were drilled and cased in Joffre, Alberta, Canada earlier in November.

“The logging company moved in earlier this week and we expect the logs will ready for interpretation shortly,” Mr. Benson stated.

Once the interpretation has been completed the wells will be ready for perforating which, will lead to them being brought onto production. When this occurs, Nordic will have seven natural gas wells on production in the Joffre area.
