NORDIC OIL AND GAS ANNOUNCES LATEST TEST RESULTS

WINNIPEG, MB. OCTOBER 28, 2003 - Donald Benson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nordic Oil and Gas Ltd., today announced that the latest well at Joffre flow tested at 650 MCF per day.

"We are extremely pleased with the results from this new well," said Mr. Benson. "Fourteen metres of pay were perforated and the indication is that this is a large reservoir."

Nordic now plans to concentrate its efforts on getting a test well drilled in Preeceville, Saskatchewan before the winter drilling season sets in.
